Images credit:<\/span><\/span> Autom\u00f3vil Club de Chile<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n A third school – <\/span>Jard\u00edn Infantil Peque\u00f1os y Peque\u00f1as Artistas<\/span><\/a> preschool<\/span> has been upgraded and assessed with SR4S by <\/span>Autom\u00f3vil Club de Chile<\/span><\/a> this year in addition to <\/span>Hern\u00e1n Olgu\u00edn Maibe\u00e9 School<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Jard\u00edn Infantil Las Vizcachitas preschool<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Autom\u00f3vil Club de Chile partnered with the<\/span>\u202f<\/span>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad de Tr\u00e1nsito<\/span><\/a> (CONASET in Spanish)<\/span>,<\/span>\u202f<\/span>Fundaci\u00f3n <\/span>Espacio L\u00fadico<\/span><\/a> and the <\/span>Municipality of <\/span>Puente Alto<\/span><\/a>. The project is also supported by the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) Region IV – Latin America.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The critical location leading to the school entrance was upgraded from 1-star to 4-stars with the implementation of a raised pedestrian crossing and 30km\/h speed limit to help reduce the operating speed of vehicles.
